About the event

Midwest Color Run

Welcome to our first annual Midwest Color Run!

We are very excited to take you on this magical journey with us through the lush north woods of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This is a 3 day event that will cover mild terrain. Some portions of the route will be on road, but a great bit will be on off road trails amongst the spectacular habitat of the local wildlife. This is a wonderful event for beginners as well as experienced off-roaders.

Registration includes:

T-shirt (for Driver)

Due to the quick planing of this event, participants are responsible for their own room and board this year. The registration for this event has been discounted greatly to compensate you for any inconvenience.

We recommend the following cities for your overnight stay searches:

Night of October 8th - Crandon, Wisconsin (optional)

Night of October 9th - Houghton, Michigan

Night of October 10th - Marquette, Michigan

Minimum Required Equipment:

  1. Bed mounted spare tire (even if it is just ratchet strapped down in the bed).
  2. Rear facing amber lights (permanently or temporarily mounted).
  3. Handheld VHF/UHF radio with event channels programed into the radio (we may or may not be familiar with the brand of your radio. Please do not rely on event staff to be able to program your radio for you).
  4. First Aid Kit (your first aid kit should have no more than the first aid items that you are trained to use or are comfortable with. If you have no prior first aid training a small first aid kit from your local pharmacy with bandages and ointments will suffice).

We can’t wait to start this adventure with you!
